About Property Assist
Our aim at Property Assist is to help our fellow Property Managers with their outside work. We take the stress off our clients by conducting thorough Routine Inspections, Property Condition Reports, Final Bond Inspections and Home Opens. We have a team of Property Inspectors, an Administration team and a Management team and all work harmoniously together continuously supporting each department.
What a day as an Inspector looks like:
- Our inspectors will attend Real Estate offices to collect and return keys.
- Complete reports using many different apps, and thoroughly photograph the properties.
- For Property Condition Report's a detailed voice recording of the property is required. (No typing of PCR's - this is covered for you by our administration department)
- You will complete written reports for Routine Inspections and Final Bond Inspections.
- Ensure all reports are checked and photos uploaded daily (From the comfort of your own home).
What do you need, to be considered?
- Current NSW real estate registration
- A current Driver's License and own reliable vehicle. (You will receive a car allowance $$)
- A reliable computer with 'Word' and stable and reliable home internet.
- Must be very confident in using phone applications and own an iPhone
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Corporate/Professional presentation.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Initiative and a can do attitude.
Flexible work hours can be negotiated for the right candidate. Full-time positions are also available.
