My client is a well-established and successful real estate brand centrally located in the thriving CBD and known for its commitment to excellence and quality service. They are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join their team as an Assistant Property Manager.
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Property Manager in the day-to-day tasks of managing the rent roll. Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Day to day management of a portfolio up to 190 properties
- Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Support from leasing, admin and accounts
- Repairs and Maintenance
- Communicate with tenants and landlords
- Lease renewals, increases & notices
- Assist on manage arrears; prepare & assist at tribunal hearings
- NSW Real Estate License or Certificate
- Previous experience in Property Management
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A proven ability to build strong client relationships and maintain an excellent customer focus
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
- Must be deadline driven with the ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Base salary up to $65k + bonuses!
