This is a diverse and fast paced role with plenty of support, structure and systems to help scope your career to its full capacity. On a day to day basis, you will undertake property management tasks including but not limited to:
- Assist in manage 50+ property portfolios using cloud-based management tools( Propertytree and Inspection Manager)
- Conduct inspections on regular basis
- Complete all aspects of residential leasing including (but not limited to) organizing inspections, processing applications, lease document preparation and Bond lodgment
- Property repairs & maintenance management
- Manage rent arrears
- Manage general administration duties as requested by management and support the wider organization
Requirements:
- Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year working experience in property management/Sales
- Basic understanding of financial transactions
- Valid Real Estate sales certificate/ or license
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable car
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Have a high level of attention to details
- Full work rights in Australia
