- Processing and preparing new lease packs, typing leases, sending emails, and filtering enquiries
- Processing vacate packs including confirmation letters, organizing meter readings, and rent adjustments
- Sending bond statements, entering invoices, court applications, etc
- Lease renewals and processing routine inspection letters
- Assisting with phone calls for the Property Managers
- Real Estate Registration in progress or completed
- Brilliant organization and time management skills
