Traineeship - Assistant Property Manager

Based in the Southern suburbs, they are offering a Traineeship in Assistant Property Management providing all the training and support to achieve your property management registration and kick start your career in the real estate industry. The position, but not limited to:

• Assisting with routine inspections
• Assisting with Property maintenance and general administration
• Communicating with owners & tenants
• Managing lease agreements and documentation
• Shadowing PM’s to learn end to end property management

Ideal Candidate:

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Real estate experience is highly advantageous (Not required)
• Outstanding verbal and written communication 
• Must be vibrant and enthusiastic about property management
• Positive, friendly can-do attitude & team player
• Excellent time management & organizational skills
• Exceptional communication & negotiation skills
• Immaculate corporate presentation
