What You'll Be Doing: As an Assistant Property Manager at Porter Matthews Metro, you will be responsible for:

• This is a Growth Role managing and maintaining a portfolio of initially 60 properties working collaboratively with the business development manager, while you learn all aspects of Property Management, supported heavily by your Head of Department
• Conducting routine property inspections and final inspections 
• Overseeing property maintenance tasks with lease renewals and rent reviews
• Organising and conducting home opens, completing the leasing process
• Property Condition Reports (PCRs) outsourced, no Business Development Management (BDM), and no Trust Accounting duties
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and tradespeople

What You Need: To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A minimum of 1 year of property management experience 
• A current Property Management or Sales Registration or currently enrolled and nearing completion
• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Proven experience in managing and responding to a wide range of customer inquiries and meeting deadlines
• Strong communication skills with the ability to establish lasting relationships
• Familiarity with Property Tree is preferable
• An ability to work effectively in a team environment
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to seek assistance when necessary
• A positive can-do attitude
