Assistant Property Manager/Leasing Consultant Needed for the in the Eastern Subu. This is a role that will see you working rotating weekends

Working rotating weekends, this role will see you working alongside a streamline Property Management division with a portfolio all based in the Eastern Suburbs. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone
- Conducting open homes and open for inspections
- Routine inspections
- Ingoing & outgoing inspections
- Diary Management
- Preparing lease sign ups and lease packs
- Reference checking
- Reviewing application forms
- Ad hoc administration duties
The Candidate:
- A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Maintain a high quality of customer service
- A self starter and office motivator
- Highly organized
- The ability to think outside the square
- A good attitude!
