Assistant Property Manager/Leasing Consultant - Eastern Suburbs

Assistant Property Manager/Leasing Consultant Needed for the in the Eastern Subu. This is a role that will see you working rotating weekends

This is an exciting opportunity offering a Junior Property Manager/Leasing Consultant the opportunity to join a leading franchise agency rapidly expanding through the Eastern Suburbs. The Role:
Working rotating weekends, this role will see you working alongside a streamline Property Management division with a portfolio all based in the Eastern Suburbs. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone
• Conducting open homes and open for inspections
• Routine inspections
• Ingoing & outgoing inspections
• Diary Management
• Preparing lease sign ups and lease packs
• Reference checking
• Reviewing application forms
• Ad hoc administration duties

The Candidate:

• A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
• Maintain a high quality of customer service
• A self starter and office motivator
• Highly organized
• The ability to think outside the square
• A good attitude!
