About the Role…

This position will assist the Regional Manager coordinate a team of Apprenticeship Field Officers (AFO’s) to ensure that BUSY At Work fulfils the contractual and other statutory requirements for the provision of  Australian Apprenticeships Support Services (AASS). You will establish and maintain appropriate local relationships with key stakeholders in the employment and training industry as well as assist in managing direct reports, to ensure Australian Apprenticeships sign-ups are completed in accordance with contractual and statutory requirements.

This role is full time, fixed term for 2 years with possibility of extension, based in Kirwan with the ability to travel when required throughout the state.

A bit about you...

• Ideally 2 years experience in a similar role within the industry
• High level of computer literacy
• Demonstrated high-level business development capability, preferably in the Australian Apprenticeships, broader VET and/or employment industries
• Experience in the coordination and development of diversely located teams of highly skilled employees to achieve and exceed targeted business levels and meet Key Performance Indicators
• Proven ability to manage performance of staff
• Ability to obtain a Working With Children Check and National Police Check
