About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead this busy Pacific Fair location. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, team management, inventory control, and customer satisfaction. You'll lead a team of 6 dedicated staff members, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that customer service and KPI standards are consistently met.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably within the fashion industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
- Experience in inventory management and merchandising
- Ability to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster, including weekends and occasional evenings
