Assistant Relationship Manager - Property Finance

RAC Finance (RACF) specialise in market leading finance products and services ranging from personal finance, secured notes and Property Finance loans. As the Assistant Relationship Manager, reporting direct to the Senior Manager – Property Finance, you will display a strong background in credit analysis within the Property Finance sector and support the team with daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Align leadership with RAC's purpose, vision, and mission.
Assist Relationship Managers in conducting thorough credit analysis and risk assessment for Property Finance transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary financial data and documentation for credit evaluation
Prepare credit proposals, loan documentation, and other relevant materials following regulatory requirements and company policies
Support Relationship Managers in managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends within the Property Finance sector.
Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Provide administrative support to the Relationship Management team as needed.
Attributes and Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements, assess credit risk and make informed recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and support relationships with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
Ability to maintain cohesive processes and engaging effectively with stakeholders.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Proven ability to move beyond reactive approaches to think strategically to optimise opportunities.
