The role will work closely with the director of the team to manage and develop an existing portfolio of Corporate lending clients.
This leading financial services organisation is currently recruiting a Assistant Relationship Manager to join their Sydney team. The role will work closely with the Director of the team to manage and develop a corporate portfolio. The role requires someone with experience preparing corporate credit papers and have an interest in relationship banking. Responsibilities:
Understand the specific needs and aims of the banks clients and use your relationships to help them realise new opportunities
Prepare credit papers for submission
Support the Relationship Managers to continue to develop and grow a client base across the corporate space
Improve customer satisfaction of the client managed accounts
Work with dedicated specialists to drive increase in cross holdings
Own and drive the proactive risk management responsibilities of the portfolio
Requirements:
1-2 years experience in corporate banking
Proven ability to build, develop and maintain client relationships
Strong understanding of credit and corporate lending
Excellent communication skills
Tertiary qualifications in a related field (finance, accounting, commerce, banking or similar)
