As an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager you'll be adept to the following;
- Leading by example in providing superior customer service
- Assist the management team with regard to; recruitment, induction, training, weekly rosters, conflict management and on-the-job coaching.
- Training and developing a team to reach their full potential
- Upholding excellent personal presentation standards
- Ensuring high quality restaurant standards are maintained to ensure repeat business
- Working under pressure and managing high levels of guest traffic
- Proactively seeking solutions with regard to cost control
