We are looking for an experienced Full Time Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our respected and established restaurant. Responsible for playing a key role in the overall success of the venue by ensuring each guest has a positive and unforgettable experience with us. We are looking for hospitality professionals who have the ability to work alongside their team and strengthen what has already been instilled.
- Lunch on Friday
- Breakfast & lunch & dinner on Sat
- Breakfast & lunch on Sunday.
Required:
- Proven work experience in a high volume setting as a Supervisor or Manager of a restaurant
- Extensive Food & Beverage knowledge & Passion for the industry
- Great customer service skills and the temperament to match
- Ability to work with, mentor and develop a large team
- Wine & Cocktail knowledge a bonus
- Comfortable setting priorities and setting tasks as required
- Strong communication skills, a magnetic personality and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Possess excellent problem-solving, organisational skills, and attention to detail to both customers & employees
- Excellent verbal & written English skills
- Proficient computer skills including experience in Microsoft Office is strongly desired.
- Solid financial acumen and the desire to exceed expectations
- A genuine desire to work as a team to show all our guests a great experience with us
