Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts.
- Lead by example by providing warm and attentive service to guests and fostering a positive work environment for staff.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising front-of-house staff.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage food and beverage costs to maximize profitability.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Implement and enforce health and safety procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement promotional activities and special events to drive sales and increase guest engagement.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a casual but faced paced dining room.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong food and beverage knowledge.
- Proven track record of delivering high levels of guest satisfaction and driving sales.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings + weekends.
