Assistant Restaurant Manager - Cockburn

What do we need from you?
- At least 2 years Supervisor or Team Leader experience in a high volume fast casual environment
- Minimum 2 years direct customer experience essential
- Ability to assist the Restaurant Manager across all areas of the venue
- Ability to work a variety of different shifts
- A natural leader, with the ability to engage, motivate and develop a dynamic team
- Dedicated to delivering memorable customer experiences with excellent communication skills
- Desire to learn how to grow sales and manage costs within a business
- Ability to create a positive, supportive and inclusive team environment
- Strict adherence to all OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures and ensure compliance with all operational standards.
