We are opening a new Fabbrica restaurant in Newtown. It will be a fast-paced restaurant with a focus on minimal-intervention Italian wine and hand-rolled pasta made using only the best Australian and Italian produce. Our wine list features our favourite Italian growers and many of the small Australian wineries working with Italian varieties.

The role of Assistant Restaurant Manager is multifaceted and involves overseeing policies, goals and results; recruiting, training and coaching of staff; taking responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the business; and leading and managing a team while continuously improving our exceptional customer experience.
There are also plenty of opportunities for other management roles as well as room to grow with the company.
About You
If this sounds like a role for you, you will possess high levels of energy, flexibility and the ability to operate autonomously within our structure. Ideally, you should have at least two years' experience as a leader/manager in a wine-focused restaurant. You’ll be able to show that you have a proven track record in achieving KPIs, leading high-performing teams with strong interpersonal skills, whilst demonstrating your ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively.
