We need Assistant Restaurant Manager to help drive our large & busy restaurants and support the Restaurant Manager to ensure the service is operating efficiently! Maintaining a high standard of service, with a real and huge career progression potential for the right person!
As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will need:
Previous management experience 2 - 3 years minimum with hospitality qualifications + current RSA
To lead & support a dedicated dynamic and passionate team
To love training and developing your people to grow and succeed
To deliver unique one on one guest dining experiences which keep your customers coming back time and time again
Excellent experience in budgets and financials and labour costs
