Assistant Restaurant Manager

Yiamas Restaurant is looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager.

We are an award winning Greek inspired venue with a carefully curated wine and beverage list.

Our goal at Yiamas is to provide our guests with memorable dining experiences with warm, inviting and attentive service.

This role will be integral to the smooth operation of the venue before and during service.

Some of the duties involved:

• Checking and replying to customers bookings and requests
• Stocktake and ordering 
• Cleaning the venue 
• Directing team members on roles for service
• Assisting Venue Manager and Head chef to ensure smooth operation during service
• Training new staff in various roles
