We are seeking a dynamic and service-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our management team and help lead our dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the service team with a hands-on approach, ensuring seamless and exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage and coordinate front-of-house operations, including running food and drinks and overseeing guest service.
• Thrive under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment, maintaining composure and delivering excellence during peak hours.
• Uphold and enhance our commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow and maintain high-quality food and beverage standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar management role within a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Possesses strong knowledge of wine and can comfortably navigate a diverse wine list.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
• Approved Managers Card.
• Be comfortable behind a coffee machine.
• Familiarity with classic cocktails and beverage preparation.
• Availability to work most Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
