This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated individual with Restaurant Management experience, looking to gain experience with this highly successful and reputable brand. Whilst joining the team as Assistant Restaurant Manager, we are ultimately looking for someone is capable and motivated to be promoted into the role of Restaurant Manager after gaining further experience with us. 

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be working closely with the Restaurant Manager, gaining experience across all areas of the business. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a management position, ideally within a fast-food or hospitality environment. You will have experience working with inventory and stock control as well running day to day operations within the restaurant. You will have excellent communication skills, strong organisation skills and a motivated and proactive approach to work.
