Assistant Section Leader - Warehouse Operations

About the Role:
As a pivotal member of the team, you'll play a key role in driving excellence across Warehouse Operations. From handling goods, managing inventory, training and development of the broader team and ensuring a balanced and functional operation is maintained at every turn.
Key Role Details:
Location: Jandakot
Shift Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Hours: Morning and Afternoon Shifts

The Ideal Applicant Will Possess:
An experienced leader who enjoys training and motivating other team members
Past experience or knowledge of Warehouse Operations
Strong problem solving abilities
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
Physically fit and able to pass a full medical examination
Forklift Licence (desirable but not essential)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Excellent communication skills and a sharp eye for detail
