The opportunity:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager who has a proven ability to develop business relationships, drive sales, lead and motivate a small team.
This is a full-time role based at our Albury store. Working a 40hr week with 1 RDO a month.
In this role you will coordinate the day-to-day operations of the store workshop activity to ensure customer satisfaction and to meet the store targets.
Key Duties:
- Provide support to the Store Manager and manage the store in their absence.
- Support the management of the daily workshop schedule and maintain an on-time customer delivery.
- Plan and coordinate parts supply and delivery to the workshop for workflow.
- Monitor the quality of work performed within the workshop.
- In some cases, perform vehicle repairs as required.

You will bring the following skills and experience to the role or be willing to obtain:
- Certificate III Automotive (Mechanical – Light Vehicle) – essential.
- Current and full unrestricted driver’s licence. – essential.
- Moderate computer skills with willing ness to improve.
- Demonstrative experience in automotive suspension repairs, components, and operation.
- Experience in leading or managing people and fostering a positive culture.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to coordinate workshop tasks and perform jobs efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills.
