About you:

- With demonstrated leadership experience - who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational values
- Who thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriously
- With similar experience in a retail/hospitality, though this is not a deal-breaker. At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience!
A day in the life:
As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER you will have direct responsibility for:
- Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 15 team members
- Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
- Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
- Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
- Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
