As Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with our Store Manager and back of house team to oversee the daily operations of our dynamic retail stores. In this role, you'll: guide our team in educating parents on our products, demonstrating their features and benefits, fostering genuine relationships with every customer. oversee the store's back of house operations, working closely with the warehouse team and store administration assistant to manage loss prevention, stocktake, inventory levels and store standards.
