Our stunning Pandora Franchise store at Pacific Fair, Broadbeach on Queenslands sunny Gold Coast requires a dynamic, driven and passionate Assistant Manager to create UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCES whilst supporting the Store manager and the team to strive for operational excellence

The role:
Reporting to the Franchise Store Manager and Franchise Operations Manager, the Assistant Store Manager is responsible for leading the store through focused ability in coaching, motivating and team goal setting. Aligning with the Store Manager to deliver expected excellence in store performance, retail store operations and achieving our business goals.
Responsibilities include:

· Ensuring effective day to day stock integrity to maximize sales and clear under performing lines
· Effectively rostering to the needs of the business, knowing the key strengths of your team to achieve maximum productivity
· Ensuring Pandora Visual Merchandising is consistently executed
· Adaptive communication skills dependent on the audience and situation
· Adherance to WHS and Company policies and procedures
The Individual
You will be a highly capable leader who will confidently support their manager and their team to provide an unforgettable PANDORA in-store experience.
Our store teams are the ambassadors of the PANDORA brand.
You will have:
· A minimum of 2+ year’s experience in co managing a high volume turnover store
· Experience in leading and developing a team in a Branded premium retail environment
· Inspirational and motivational leadership style
· Experience and understanding of a KPI driven environment
· Proven track record of leadership and coaching high-performing teams
· Confidence with POS systems, Microsoft applications and portable devices
· Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
· Experience in recruitment, on-boarding, training and performance reviews
· Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
· Understanding of profit and loss and the factors that can be influenced at store management level, rostering to a budget and productivity.
· Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback to and from management
· Experience in executing visual merchandising standards
