We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an Assistant Store Manager Westfield Carousel Shopping Centre
About the Role:
Within this Assistant Store Manager role, you will oversee the team within this store. You will assist in overseeing daily team meetings and setting targets for everyone for the day. You will need to build rapport with new customers to be able to make the right sale. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be required to work full time including one day every weekend.
- Achieving or exceeding sales budgets for your store.
- Driving sales and training culture in the store.
- Driving and delivering exceptional customer service standards.
To be considered for this opportunity, the following skills and experience are required:
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Manager / Assistant Manager
- Previous sales experience
- Determination to achieve results
- Proven ability to achieving sales budgets
- Natural ability to negotiate and build relationships
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Excellent customer service skills
- A commitment to continuous improvement & achievement
