The Role
An exceptional opportunity has become available to assist an experienced Store Manager in a beautiful store & team. The successful candidate will be customer-focused with excellent selling skills, be a team player, and have a genuine interest in food and cooking.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading by example in delivering exceptional customer service; assist the Store Manager in leading the store team to ensure consistent developing of outstanding customer relationships
- A strong focus on continuous development and improvement of self and the store team together with your Store Manager
- In partnership with the Store Manager, ensuring the successful running of the store and taking responsibility for ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently and achieves set targets
- Proactive in building CRM database
