The Role
An exceptional opportunity has become available to assist an experienced Store Manager in a beautiful store & team. The successful candidate will be customer-focused with excellent selling skills, be a team player, and have a genuine interest in food and cooking.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading by example in delivering exceptional customer service; assist the Store Manager in leading the store team to ensure consistent developing of outstanding customer relationships
A strong focus on continuous development and improvement of self and the store team together with your Store Manager
In partnership with the Store Manager, ensuring the successful running of the store and taking responsibility for ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently and achieves set targets
Proactive in building CRM database

Skills Required
A minimum 3 years in retail & 1 year in a leadership capacity with experience in premium or luxury retail
A passion for cooking
