MINPROVISE are currently recruiting for Leading Hands to join our team. We are looking for demonstrated experience in leading a team and providing support where necessary.Take the step up from changing out conveyor rollers, or repairing worn chutes, and get ready to work on maintaining crushers, apron feeders, vibrating screens, belt filters, pumps, valves, rotating equipment, & mineral sizers!About the opportunity

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Experience working with area permit systems; safe work instructions and hazard identification.
• Australian Recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification (Essential)
• A current and valid manual Australian Driver’s license
• High risk work licence
• Enter and work in confined spaces
• Working Safety at heights
• Proven experience working with all types of fixed plant equipment – Stackers, Reclaimers, Crushers, Ship loaders, Conveyors, car dumpers ect.
• Proven Experience with crusher maintenance – Minimum 2 years
• Proven Experience in a leadership role – Minimum 1 year
• Strong communication skills, reliable & excellent troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
