Assistant Store Manager - Chadstone

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and inspirational retail leader to join our Victorian team as an Assistant Store Manager at our Flagship Chadstone Store.
This is a challenging and fast paced role that requires dedication and determination to achieve success. You will need to roll up your sleeves and be hands on across all aspects of our Chadstone Store - Womens Department, Children's Department and Stockroom.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Will have experience with a fashion retailer, managing a high-volume turnover store or exposure to managing multiple sites.
• A leader with the ability to oversee a large team across multiple departments.
• An eye for styling and detail to uphold our high visual merchandising standards.
• Experience in preparing monthly rosters and conducting retail administrative duties.
• Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPI'S & budgets.
• High personal standards in providing superior customer service.
• Must be available Sunday - Thursday
