Role Overview
As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our team, assisting in the day-to-day operations of our store while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure the smooth functioning of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Assist in the management of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs through effective merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Train and mentor sales associates to ensure they deliver exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment to meet customer demand.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution to their satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience, from any retail industry.
- Strong passion for electronics.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Drivers License and car
