About The Role
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability in the store. You will be a proactive leader and be driven to create brand awareness across the Sunshine Coast Region. You must be a sales-driven leader who mentors the team to achieve their targets by coaching & developing their sales skills.
Skills & Experience
* Proven Sales and Retail Management experience
* Ability to train, develop and mentor a team of 6+
* Sound understanding of meeting KPIs, P&L Reporting & Sales budgets
* Execution in meeting Visual Merchandising standards or promotional setups
* Eye for detail when it comes to interior design with a solution-focused sales approach
