to be successful you should…
- have previous experience in a management or leadership role
- have experience in sales and achieving budgets
- a desire to work on the shop floor and interact with customers on a daily basis
- a pro active attitude and be driven to achieve
- confidence in striking up a conversation and build strong rapport with customers
- be comfortable serving customers in the fitting room, this is an intimate service environment where we "fit" swimwear
