Duties will be varied but the scope of the role will be managing:
Assist with preparations of meetings for AGMs/EGMs/CMs Assist with preparation of agendas and minute taking for meetings Assist with management of all incoming and outgoing communication Mange communication with Owners, Settlement Agents, and tenants Assist with preparation of budgets, financial reports insurance management. Arrange all maintenance as required
