Junior Administration Assistant/Reception

We are seeking a Junior Administration Assistant who is willing to learn all areas of office administration. 

No experience required as training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Management of all incoming calls.
• Welcoming clients and contractors to our office.
• Managing stock control, emails and couriers.
• Distribution and management of keys to our clients and contractors.
• Management of our postage record system and daily mail run.

Skills & Experience

• Training available to successful candidate.
• Excellent Phone Manner.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to Problem Solve.
• Happy, Confident and Energetic.
