Due to Carco’s continued growth we are seeking an experienced Used Vehicle Reconditioning Supervisor to drive our Reconditioning team to the next level. Delivering over 300 Used Vehicles per month, Carco has become a leader in Used Vehicle sales, not only in WA but nationally! If you have a passion for inspecting preowned vehicles to the highest standards and possess exceptional diagnostic and reconditioning skills, this role is perfect for you!
Ideally, we are looking for someone with extensive experience as a Reconditioning Manager or someone who has the skills and qualities with the desire to move into management.

The Role
- Responsible for all day-to-day operations of the Reconditioning department including but not limited to:
- Supervise and lead a team of reconditioning technicians, detailers, and support staff.
- Update and advise sales team via our online vehicle delivery tracking system
- Oversee the reconditioning process for all Used Vehicles, ensuring that each vehicle meets or exceeds our established quality standards.
- Manage Vehicle Reconditioning quotes via our online quoting system
- Streamline and optimise the reconditioning workflow to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Reconditioning Coordinator or experience in the automotive industry preferably in an managerial or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Hold a valid C Class Drivers Licence.
- Vocational Qualification in a related field
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to lead a small team and foster a positive work environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
