Aged or disabled Carer

Bene Aged Care is an aged care facility built upon the worldly values of honesty, respect, integrity, family, trust, and time.
We are looking for an experienced Full Time Aged or Disabled Carer to join our team.
Responsibilities

• Providing a high standard of care & support to residents;
• Carrying out nursing plans;
• Helping residents with personal care needs;
• Assisting with activities of daily living;
• Interacting with a range ages, cultures and backgrounds

Requirements

• The right candidate will have at least 3 years of experience
• Fluent Italian Speaker preferred
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• A commitment to helping others;
• A caring, empathetic nature;
• A strong work ethic and enjoy working as part of a team
• A genuine desire for working with the elderly;

Position: Full Time
Salary: $63,000 - 80,000 per year
