ABOUT THE ROLES
As the Assistant Venue Manager and AssistantKitchen Manager, you will oversee all daily department operations, guaranteeing that customers receive an exceptional product and experience on every visit. To thrive in this position, a minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable role and excellent staff supervision and service skills are essential. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth operations of the venue and promoting effective teamwork among all staff members. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assistant Venue Manager
- Take charge of all day-to-day operations of the venue in the incense of the Venue Manager, including finances, scheduling, payroll, supplies, KPIs, and more.
- Supervise team and ensure smooth functioning of all aspects of the venue at all times.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Address customer concerns or inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate seamlessly with a dynamic team.
- Perform well under pressure.
- Manage online reviews to maintain a positive reputation.
- Ensure you and your staff create an exciting and passionate atmosphere, delivering customers the complete Milky Lane experience.
Assistant Kitchen Manager

THE IDEAL CANDIDATES
- Possess a minimum of 2 years experience as a Senior Manager or in a similar role.
- Have experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with an annual turnover of at least $2 million.

- Be confident in all aspects of the role and able to hit the ground running.
- Exhibit excellent communication, strong financial acumen, and exceptional leadership skills.
- Demonstrate experience in leading and developing teams to achieve predetermined objectives.
