A great opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Venue Manager for our award winning Nineteen Restaurant at The Star Gold Coast.
We are currently looking for a pro-active and enthusiastic individual who is a Food & Beverage expert to join the team as an Assistant Venue Manager of Nineteen Restaurant. The successful applicant for this role will need to be dynamic, well presented, commercially savvy and pro-active to the needs of our guests and a real people person. In this role you will be responsible for the day–to-day operation of this luxury rooftop venue offering a unique crafted dining experience, including effective management of a dynamic team.
What are we looking for?
- Extensive Food & Beverage experience within a high end venue
- Ability to identify and drive additional revenue & business opportunities
- A passion for the industry and achieving positive results
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests and team
- Strong stakeholder management experience, people leadership and team engagement skills
- Highly organised, accountable, and eager, with a high attention to detail
