We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Venue Manager to join our established team. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding leadership skills and the ability to positively impact our team while providing exceptional customer service. Experience in managing a multifaceted venue and problem-solving in a busy environment is essential.

Essential requirements:
- Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
- Extensive restaurant & bar experience
- Strong experience working in a gaming venue
- Knowledge of TAB and wagering
- Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience
- Previous knowledge of RMS services is desirable but not necessary
- Current RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved Managers license
- CLO - Desirable not necessary
