X-Golf Hey Caddy Southbank is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic assistant to help coordinate and drive performance and promotional activities both in store and throughout the local area. Regular meetings, marketing activities, and online communications will be required to drive business and will be measured as key performance initiatives.
The key purpose of the role will be to work as an assistant to the manager driving store performance and operational activities throughout the X-Golf Hey Caddy Southbank location. The assistant will have the ability to coordinate, promote, and market X-Golf and Hey Caddy Southbank while assisting in the structure, promotion, and business development of activities labelled the key drivers of the X-Golf franchise framework.
KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES
The focal point of the role will be to assist the operations manager in developing the awareness, activity, and revenue driven from the X-Golf and Hey Caddy business model.

ABOUT YOU
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
- Customer service experience.
- Involvement in the delivery of events and functions.
- Food & Beverage experience.
- Basic Golf Knowledge would be an advantage, but not required!

- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Have the abilities to follow policies and procedures of the business.
- Self-management skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to build relationships in order to create a fun work environment.
