This role provides essential administrative and clerical support to the Senior Claims Officer in managing the Workers Compensation claims process and assists in the day-to-day operations within the Workers Compensation claims function and payroll calculations.
About you:

  • You can demonstrate good knowledge and understanding of NSW Workers Compensation regulations, in particular to the payment of Workers Compensation entitlements with the ability to undertake complex payroll calculations
  • You have an analytical approach to problem solving, with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You have effective written and oral communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
