Associate Adviser - High Profile Financial Planner

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Financial Adviser to join our team in Brisbane's CBD. This is an excellent opportunity for a financial planning professional with over five years of experience who is passionate about delivering holistic financial advice and eager to support a leading adviser.

What will my day to day look like?

You'll work closely with an adviser, attending client meetings and assisting in the preparation and execution of comprehensive financial plans.

You will also:

• Produce 2-3 Statements of Advice (SOAs) weekly, depending on complexity.
• Conduct thorough research and financial modelling using the Xplan Suite to support planning strategies.
• Act as the point of contact for a list of clients, managing questions and queries, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Assist in developing financial strategies, including insurance, investments, SMSF, Centrelink, margin lending, and trusts.

What skills and experience do I need?

You are a go-getter with around 5 years + of experience in the financial planning industry and seeking the next step in your career.

You also have:

• Bachelor of Commerce and Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning.
• Proficiency with the Xplan Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently manage client relationships.
• Knowledge and experience in holistic advice, including insurance, investments, SMSF, Centrelink, margin lending, and trusts.
