The Opportunity
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in the delivery of top-tier Wealth Management services? As an Associate Advisor, you'll be supporting the Director, Wealth in providing a bespoke, high-touch service to our sophisticated high-net-worth (HNW), ultra high-net-worth (UHNW) and NFP client base. You'll work hand in hand with the Director assisting in all facets of Wealth Management advisory services within the dynamic landscape of Australia's leading multi-family office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Director, Wealth in the delivery of Wealth Management services to a sophisticated HNW, ultra HNW and NFP client base.
  • Assist with understanding clients' financial goals, objectives and risk profiles.
  • Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, follow up action items, prepare meeting materials and client review packs.
  • Create and maintain investment strategies and assist in the preparation of investment recommendations.
  • Various administration matters to support client and Director activities, such as co-ordinating asset transfers, portfolio rebalances and managing client cash payments and transfers.

You have: 
  • Studying towards CFA level 1 or 2 will be looked upon favourably.
  • Seeking to meet the education and training standards and Code of Ethics made by FASEA, including the Financial Advisor exam administered by ASIC.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • An understanding of concepts in Wealth Management, investment markets and portfolio management.
  • Outstanding communication skills, self-awareness and the commitment to personal and professional growth.
