Come join a high performing and fast paced, National customer service operations team, who are responsible for the accuracy of customer documents for our Business customers. You will be working as a Business Fulfilment Associate, in our Security in Order Team, based in Darwin, who will support our Business customers with their lending needs.
To effectively perform in this role, you are required to proactively manage your work while meeting banking and government requirements, all while working with our internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities are, but not limited to
Delivering first point resolution for our customers in line with the operating procedures.
Owning customer requests across Business Fulfilment functions.
Working closely with the broader Lending Services teams and wider NAB group to get the right result for our customers.
Working as a team to assist and share knowledge
Identifying and supporting our customer’s experience improvements or problem resolution as part of the team’s operating rhythm
Collaborating with teammates across Business Fulfilment, Business Bank, Operations and offshore partners to deliver day to day customer experiences, including providing constructive feedback for ongoing improvement.
About you
To be successful in this role you must have the following skills and experience
Desirable
Previous banking experience is preferred but not essential
Core Skills & Capabilities required

Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required
Strong analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written skills
Strong ability to communicate with stakeholders and sometimes, customers
You must be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
