Chevron Australia Downstream has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Compliance and Efficiency Analyst join the Sales Programs & Competency team. Reporting to the Sales Programs & Competency Team Lead, this exciting opportunity will be based in Brisbane.Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:Partner with Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) operations to drive profit improvement with specific focus on shop costs/margins, shrinkage/waste, stock optimisation & other controllable expenses at sites.Assist in the development & ongoing management of compliance and audit programs to ensure Chevron meets its obligations across our Retail and COCO networks, focusing on employment variables, safety adherence and training completion.Report across various operational deliverables on our COCO network to monitor performance, adherence to licensing requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.Develop, implement & manage a compliance program focused on cash handling, wet & dry stock controls including stock takes, & variance investigations.Support the Commercial business in designing and completing customer specific KPI reports to ensure contractual compliance.Collaborate with the Retail Fuels team in providing data and formulating dashboards to support their half yearly reviews and customer engagements.Support the Sale Support Team to establish & maintain a high-performance culture which encourages continuous improvement through identifying opportunities & solutions to improve service delivery to relevant stakeholders.To support the wider Chevron business in the provision of ad hoc reports and engagement in various projects.about youWe know our greatest resource is the ingenuity, creativity, and innovation of our people.
