We are Blue Tooth Dental, a friendly and well-established Practice in Newtown, Sydney Blue Tooth Dental has been providing world-class dental services since 2011 and is proud of its exceptional reputation in the community. We are growing fast and need more dentists!

The Company

We Operate Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm and 08:30am to 7pm on Wednesday and are situated close to bus and light rail transportation. We take a strong patient-centred approach and strive to do best by all patients and offer the best available oral health services to all our patients in a non-prejudicial manner that services all members of the community with respect and dignity.

We have digital radiography, OPG/CBCT, rotary endodontics, digital scanners, soft tissue laser, Nitrous Oxide, D4W management software, and most importantly a team that work beautifully together.

We have been working very closely with one of the best, industry leading dental business coaches, Dr Jesse Green for over four years. Dr Green and his team have helped us tremendously in creating a very committed high performing team who follow systems and protocols to ensure smooth day to day operation and exceptional patient flow and patient experience, We also provide IV sedation one to two days a month.

The Opportunity

An opportunity has emerged for an experienced Associate Dentist and Hygienist to join a busy practice in the inner-west of Sydney on a Part time Basis initially approx. 1- 2 days a week – with the possibility to extend.

Servicing the local community for over a decade, our team is passionate about offering exceptional care to their patients. You will have the opportunity to work a full and varied caseload, expand on your existing skill set and contribute to the overall success of the practice.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and full registration with AHPRA
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a private practice
• Competency in using Dental4Windows.
• Superior clinical skills in all aspects of general dentistry
• Commitment and dedication to excellence, patient care and continuing professional development.
• Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and respectfully with patients and other clinical team members.
• Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and personal presentation
• Current Radiation license and relevant insurances
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
