Full time position available in Sales of Boat and Box trailers.
Caravan, Box and Boat Trailer spare parts and accessories.
Experience in either the hardware, marine or automotive industry is preferred, as our customers consist of professional trades people as well as DIY.
On the job training will be provided by friendly staff that are willing to assist you to learn the company's product range and getting to know the company's customers.
Duties include:
- Greeting customers and assisting with product selection
- Sales of Dunbier and Mackay Boat Trailers and Accessories
- Sales of King Box Trailers, Flat trays and other manufactured items
- Trailer registrations
- Booking in trailer repairs and service work to be carried out
- Providing service and support to our retail customers
- Visual merchandising
- Answering phone calls, emails and social media enquiries
- Handling customer enquiries
- Data entry
- Cash handling
- Restocking Shelves, stock taking
- Fulfilling Customer Orders
You will be:
