Motivated Associate Dentist required to join our established state of the art family dental practice in Altona Meadows. minimum 2 to 3 days  required. Commission based on experience and skills
We are a 11 year old family based practice with excellent patient base and have developed a very good reputation in the community for excellent patient care. Remuneration is commission based and is dependent on experience. It is very important that you have a team attitude and are caring towards both our staff and our patients. We provide all General Dentist services including Orthodontics, Invisalign, Surgical extractions, Crown Lengthening etc., Ability to pick up additional days
Job Description :
Able to work independently with no supervision
Minimum of 2 years of Australian Private Practice experience
Excellent comprehensive diagnosis
Interdisciplinary treatment planning skills  and advising of alternate treatment options.
Molar endo, Surgical extractions, Crown & Bridge skills
Develop Professional relationship with external Specialists Dentists
Provide professional leadership to Dental Nurses and staff
To adhere to all AHPRA, Australian Dental Association and Medicare guidelines, high standard of record keeping and infection control policies and procedures
Excellent time management skills and professional eye for detail
To comply with HICAPS terms and conditions as part of health fund claim rules
To liaise with and develop working relationship with the dental team.
To participate in clinic's promotions to build clientele
Excellent communication skills
Full registration with AHPRA
Radiation license Victoria (should be able to add OPG as well)
Comprehensive diagnosis and ethical practice
Momentum management and/or Prime Practice training is desirable.
