About the role:
Due to an internal secondment, a 6-month contract has become available for an Associate Director, Corporate Performance & Institutional Research. Reporting to the Director, Data, Analytics & Insights, the Associate Director will lead and shape the university’s Corporate Performance, Institutional Research, and Market Research functions. A key aspect of this role involves fostering a Corporate Performance culture grounded in evidence-based decision-making, working collaboratively with the University Executive and senior stakeholders.
The Associate Director will be leading, managing, and developing a team of specialist managers and projects involving specialist research, establishing a strong performance culture and providing high-quality advice to University Executive and senior management. Representing the Digital Portfolio and the Data, Analytics & Insights business unit at internal and external meetings, building strong rapport with stakeholders and the ability to understand and effectively communicate the portfolio’s objectives to ensure UC’s strategic priorities are met is crucial for this role.

This is a unique opportunity for an individual with, strategic, influential leadership, strong analytical mindset, project management and stakeholder management skills to drive innovation and change in the University’s Corporate Performance and Institutional Research programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position and a tertiary qualification would be highly regarded.
